I went for my last time to BAGEL CHALET, it was empty so that was nice. All I get is 1 scrambled egg with extra bacon. The cashier was told 4x to make sure I was charged for the extra bacon. I paid $16 and change for that sandwich and a large ice tea. Not only was there NO BACON, but the sandwich was inedible. Who checks their egg sandwich, nobody!!! Believe me this is not only my last time going there but I will make sure to take my family'sbusiness, especially all the catering that we do, to a place that cares and gets the orders right before you are charged. SHAME on you guys.

It do... read more Normally a good experience at bagel Chalet but on two occasions now what I ordered is not what I received. Judging by the reviews this seems to be common. It does not encourage me to come back anymore. I very clearly gave my order for a hero. I asked for extra cheese and mayo on the side. What I received was one slice of cheese and the sandwhich drenched in mayo with a cup of mayo on the side. What sense does this make? Also my food was served on a dirty tray. Classy. The sandwhich was so unenjoyable that I tossed it. I know the order was taken correctly because I saw the paper it was written on. I was even charged extra for the extra cheese.

The line was quite long—about 40 people—but we waited, and it was absolutely worth it. The staff was incredibly friendly, too. I’d give it 10 out of 5 stars!

It was delicious! Reminds me of the old school bagelstores in NYC . Enjoyed every bite of it. Tommy was our master chef and made it the best! Lines are long but goes quickly but italso means that it's worth it!!
