We were supposed to stay for an entire week, however, left a day earlier due to the unacceptable hygienic condition of the apartment, as well as the unbearable smell of cigarettes. I contacted the agency at the beginning of the week, raising the issue, and the lady from the agency was mortified Refunded us hundred euro as a gesture of Goodwill. It is unacceptable that an agency rents out an apartment with that strong smell of smoke. it shouldn’t be on the market. There are some basic standard one needs to fulfill in order to rent.
