We did a little detour riding motorcycles to this place we heard was good. Turned out it was not worth the time. Yes, the location is nice and the beer was cold I hear, but What I can tell, the food was garbage. I had...chicken wings and were beyond dry, hard as a rock, the worst ever had. A fiend had a hamburger and he made a comment to the waitress, he said he beaver saw suck a small piece of meat, it was actually ridiculously small and the toppings were proportionally small too. The other fellow rider had some fish and chips, all cold and undercooked. However when we told the waitress she didn't feel surprised. I guess is okay for drinks only, it is a nice setting but food was terrible or was it our bad luck. Care to find out on your own expense, good luck!
You'd be hard pressed to find a better place to spend your time this summer. The ambiance sitting outside by the water is only beat by the fabulous music. The food is good pub-style eats and you can watch the kids jumping from the...bridge into the water. Our grandchildren fished off the docks while our food was being prepared. This was a fabulous way to spend a couple of hours! P.S. Try the Caesar the garnish is a meal in itself!!
We enjoy being able to take our boat to the Bent Anchor. The ambience is so nice. Music a wee bit loud but Im older. The menu is truly pub fare. Quality is not great. Nachos have very little toppings, and fake cheese! A sausage...on a bun, is literally a plain sausage on a bun. Food is not quality. Expect with one cocktail to a person. Its all about location. Seriously for those prices, they really need to step up on quality of food.
We expected a smokehouse! On a Thursday evening you would think they would be prepared for the long weekend. I want these places to succeed, but they have to do a job and deliver! Especially given the price they charge. Instead, I had nachos with the addition to chicken. My wife's wing and son of the loaded poutine. They presented strange, my nachos were only naked on a cafeteria style trying to crush onions and tomatoes in Bbq sauce, minimal cheese and chicken. You had to add to Guac and sour cream. They had a strange taste with the Bbq sauce and were quickly saturated and soggy. The wings would have been nice if they were bbq'd. The frits were also a quick swamp of gravity! We hope you can improve and expand this item Smokey ribs for consistent offer
