Was Pierce Hammes at Bent Anchor Bar a mag?
This restaurant is amazing. The Caesar salads are incredible. Stop by and you won't be let down. We've been coming here for three years now. I wish there was a place like this in Toronto. Keep up the great work! Cheers! View all feedback.

What Curt Braun dislikes about Bent Anchor Bar:
We did a little detour riding motorcycles to this place we heard was good. Turned out it was not worth the time. Yes, the location is nice and the beer was cold I hear, but What I can tell, the food was garbage. I had...chicken wings and were beyond dry, hard as a rock, the worst ever had. A fiend had a hamburger and he made a comment to the waitress, he said he beaver saw suck a small piece of meat, it was actually... View all feedback.

We kayaked down from a cottage on Lake Kamaniskeg and found this little gem on the water. Outdoor seating, friendly service and surprisingly good higher end pub-type food. This was a pleasant surprise. Local craft beer a bonus.

Felt like we were somewhere in the Caribbean having our lunch as the hot breeze blew and the music played in the background. Food and service were excellent. Arrived via boat and was able to tie up at their dock, added to the experience. Would highly recommend.

Just out of the blue saw this little sign at the side of the road that just said.. "Food % Drink" on a small white sandwich board. We were on a 3 day motorcycle trip and it was getting late... What the heck..OMGIts like a Caribbean hideaway. Right on the water... Excellent service... polite , friendly... Awesome food and the ambience was unmatched.A selective menue but enough to find anything you like... Loved it.

We expected a smokehouse! On a Thursday evening you would think they would be prepared for the long weekend. I want these places to succeed, but they have to do a job and deliver! Especially given the price they charge. Instead, I had nachos with the addition to chicken. My wife's wing and son of the loaded poutine. They presented strange, my nachos were only naked on a cafeteria style trying to crush onions and tomatoes in Bbq sauce, minimal cheese and chicken. You had to add to Guac and sour cream. They had a strange taste with the Bbq sauce and were quickly saturated and soggy. The wings would have been nice if they were bbq'd. The frits were also a quick swamp of gravity! We hope you can improve and expand this item Smokey ribs for consistent offer

The restaurant is situated in a stunning waterfront location. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. However, the music was a little too loud for lunchtime. Despite this, we plan on returning to this restaurant.
