On a Thursday evening you would think they would be prepared for the long weekend. I want these places to succeed, but they have to do a job and deliver! Especially given the price they charge. Instead, I had nachos with the addition to chicken. My wife's wing and son of the loaded poutine. They presented strange, my nachos were only naked on a cafeteria style trying to crush onions and tomatoes in Bbq sauce, minimal cheese and chicken. You had to add to Guac and sour cream. They had a strange taste with the Bbq sauce and were quickly saturated and soggy. The wings would have been nice if they were bbq'd. The frits were also a quick swamp of gravity! We hope you can improve and expand this item Smokey ribs for consistent offer

However, the music was a little too loud for lunchtime. Despite this, we plan on returning to this restaurant.

There are many great parking lots there is a cool sailboat parking decoration and you can see that they invite some cool thoughts into making the place...look welcoming. The deck next to the main building and the bar with the lights in the evening would be super cool and I could see how people drink an amazing summer time experience in a warm night and dance directly on the Madawaska River. You could take off your boat with your family and have dinner and then sail when you're done what would be fun. The food was acceptable, although the claim that the chicken was smoked was probably a stretch, as it was beautifully roasted, but was definitely not smoked, they had put some barbecue sauce on it and the French fryers were high quality and nice and warm when we get it. Unfortunately, there were none of the smoked ribs they were all what I think is a good sign that they sell well. The waitress was polite, but did not know if she used peanut oil to cook with, as we had a mother allergy in the family and then had to limit what we had for dinner. They were quite polite and allowed us to bring our little dog, which we held at the leash near our table and everything worked well. This would be a good place to bring your family how to eat your dinner, and then the kids can walk around and go down to the beach that is just a few steps away. All in all I think they have a winner on their hands that they only need to refine some of the aspects of this little jewel.

It turns out that this restaurant allows dogs, and one of them ended up biting my husband on the leg while we were dining. We had to rush to the hospital for a tetanus shot and antibiotics, with the worry of needing rabies treatment later on. The owner was apologetic but stated that he couldn't ban dogs because it might upset other customers. This incident has left a sour taste in our mouths, and the owner's lack of action has only made it worse.

We... read more This is a really unique place. We sat by the dock on the beach and really enjoyed the food, drinks and atmosphere. Waiting staff were attentive and friendly. We had a great lunch visit hot dogs and poutine which hit the spot. Cold beer...with a view what’s not to like.
