Seen the reviews and tried it out. The food was absolutely phenomenal. I had steak and shrimp. My steak was cooked to perfection. One of the best i have ever had. Had avmixed drink with my meal and it was perfect. Great food great drinks. This place is a hidden jewel of a restaurant in Comanche Tx. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars is because our waitress absolutely sucked. The other waitress seemed great and attentive to her tables. Ours couldn't get a straw. Literally, I asked for a straw. She said no problem and never came back. The other waitress got me the straw. I had to go get my own silverware. My waitress was nowhere to be found. So if you choose to eat the great food at this place, be certain not to sit in the dark haired, bigger girls section and you will have a 5 star experience

The c... read more In the middle of a long ride to lunch, it was really surprised by the quality and value. I had a chicken fried steak, tea and two sides for a total of $8. The chicken steak was delicious, delicate and moist. The side salad was crisp and fresh. When I left, I forgot my kid on the table and realized it the next day. I gave them a call and they went a bit of trouble to send it to me! I'll eat here at any time when I'm in Comanche for dinner.

I o... read more During our recent overnight trip to the area, I came across some reviews that piqued my interest, and I couldn't have been more pleased with our experience! I ordered the grilled chicken breast, and it was hands down the best I've ever had—juicy and full of flavor. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to return for breakfast before heading out of town. Once again, it was a fantastic experience with delicious food, great coffee, and an excellent waitress! Don’t let the exterior of the building mislead you; the interior is charming.
