Shortly after, a guy came out, and I handed hi... read more I stopped by the drive-through today and ordered a family-sized French fries, requesting that they be made fresh. Shortly after, a guy came out, and I handed him my cash for the order. A few minutes later, he returned with my change and was holding a bag of ice. As he started to hand it to me, I was completely confused. He then asked if I had ordered a bag of ice, fresh. That’s when I realized he was just joking, and it really caught me off guard! It was such a funny moment. He ended up taking the ice to the car behind me. I needed that laugh today, and I genuinely appreciated his sense of humor. The world could use more people like him. I just want to say thank you for making my day. Oh, and he also brought out my order of fries, freshly cooked!

When there are a lot of orders, it's perfectly reasonable if it takes a bit longer! I also really appreciate the service. The staff is among the kindest people I’ve ever met at a fast food place.

The food was delicious, the chicken was perfectly cooked, and the tea tasted fresh. The staff was young, but they were courteous and efficient during our visit.
