The dishes are sophisticated and very interesting, and above all, delicious. The service was very professional, friendly, and attentive, and even pleasant to chat with. The price was also quite fair. The culinary offering is a true highlight: a skillful balance of traditional dishes and modern creations, including some refined references to Eastern cuisine. The food was simply delicious. Even the most daring and modern dishes were surprisingly balanced in flavor, a sign of remarkable culinary mastery. Unfortunately, the temptation was too strong, and we weren't able to take photos before enjoying the delicacies! The dessert recommended by the restaurant deserves special praise; it was delicious and mouthwatering, concluding the dinner in style. The only note for those wishing to visit: reservations are essential. In high season, the restaurant is extremely difficult to find free unless you book well in advance. Even out of season, although it's easier to find a table, we still recommend booking a few days in advance to secure a table. Highly recommended
