So we decided to t... read more Came to the Eel Festival and tried a piece eel. Being used to eating Korean style of eel, we were not impressed with the street vendor's eel. So we decided to try a restaurant by the canal. Without checking the Trip Advisor, we decide to eat at the La Comacina. Servers were nice and accommodating even without a reservation. The boat was awesome and with the combination of wonderful weather, it was perfect for a noon snack. We had a plate of clams and fried sea food with a jar of house white wine. They were all perfect. Seafood was fresh and the wine was perfect compliment. If we ever comeback to comacchio, then we definitely want to try one of their main dishes.
