The service was beyond awful — everything took f... read more Absolutely terrible experience. Without a doubt one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had in Italy. The service was beyond awful — everything took forever. And I mean forever. We had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for absolutely everything. It felt like we were being completely ignored. We ordered a large number of salads for the whole group, but in the end they brought us much less than what we had actually ordered. The explanation? “They ran out of vegetables.” Seriously? If you don’t have the ingredients, you inform your customers beforehand — you don’t just decide on your own to bring less food and expect people to accept it. And the worst part came at the end. We were not given a bill. No receipt. No invoice. No breakdown of what we had ordered. Nothing. The owner simply came to us and said: “40 euros per person.” That was it. When we asked how that amount was calculated, there was no clear explanation whatsoever. He basically charged whatever he felt like charging. This is completely unacceptable — unprofessional, dishonest, and extremely shady. Charging people random amounts without showing an actual bill or any proof of costs is outrageous. Truly a disgusting way to treat customers. I would never come back and I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place.
