I went to have a drink and the truth is that it is in a privileged place. We did not eat in the restaurant, but in addition to having a very good reputation for all their food, they have large windows with impressive views. The staff was very friendly and despite not having stayed at the Hotel, it must have beautiful views. The town is wonderful. That if difficult to park near the hotel.

For me the best ballast restaurant. It never fails and over the years they improve.

An incredible vacation, the hotel is wonderful, for me it is far above 3 or 4 star hotels. Ana is charming, you can tell that she adores her work, always attentive to any detail, wonderful. The room is spotless every day but impossible to clean. If we return to Asturias it will be our accommodation again without a doubt. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Reception very attentive and welcoming, beautiful view and location (parking in the city can be a problem when arriving at busy lunchtime). we had a meal in the restaurant, very attentive and fast service, we had a menu del día and everything was cooked and. flaming to perfection, was a because since I had such an incredibly delicious food. what impressed me even more were the homemade desserts, aroz con leche, not overwhelmingly sweet as they tend to make it to other places, was the perfect sweet, taste and texture, and made to home sorbet also very delicious. absolutely recommend the restaurant to enjoy an authentic asturian cuisine, and they also sell their own preserves and products. there is only one problem, very often in many restaurants in Spain, the coffee; it would be nice to finish such a delicious meal with a beautiful cup coffee, not one that is over bitter and burned and can actually ruin the whole meal. there are companies that can sell coffee machines for restaurants with capsules with a beautiful Arabica coffee that can not be enjoyed over roasts or with torrefacto, which can be perfectly enjoyed without milk or sugar, coffee is important for those who can enjoy all the experiences, especially so on the morning, or with the beautiful view and the rural environment of the hotel.

We ate here two nights running and had delicious meals both nights with freshly cooked lobster in the first night followed by St.Peters fisch (john dory) on the second evening. both meals were excellent and we were served by charming co-workers who took care of us very well....Which definitely recommend, this restaurant should be booked in advance as they are very busy.

Last night we had a delicious dinner in the cafe eutimio. each dish was a winner: chorizo croquettes, bonito seviche salat, muscheln and hake filled for us and perfect with kartoffels and extraordinary swashing on the side baked. the owner has even prepared a rehearsal of her...Febada for us, which they usually serve only for lunch. we really enjoyed a beautiful rueda white for 16 euro. enjoy!

This is a beautiful restaurant, perhaps more of a special occasion type of evening, but excellent in every detail. we ate the menu of the day that was incredibly good value for money given the standards of the restaurant. good food, local fish, very good service and a nice place to dinner.

I’d read a review in the Sunday Times about 3 years ago and cut out the item in case I ever travelled to Lastres. We finally reached this beautiful part of Spain and found Hotel Eutimio. Our table overlooked the sea and we had a...very friendly and helpful waiter. All the food was delicious and the portions were large. We had the 30 euro menu and enjoyed the monkfish, prawn and mushroom salad, followed by hake in a lemon and garlic dressing. Pudding, coffee and wine included. All I need now is a doze!
