The staff act as if no one has entered the restaurant. They don’t acknowledge customers and barely make eye contact. You’ll receive assistance only if you apologize and explain why you’re there. Food: 5/5.
The wings we ordered were amazing and cooked perfectly, but the chicken sandwich we got was undercooked. It was very disappointing and felt like a waste of money.
At 10:30, we placed a mobile order, paid for it, and went to pick it up. The door was closed, and even though the staff saw us knocking, they ignored us. We could see our order through the window, and there was a sign indicating they closed at 11. We arrived before that time. I would not recommend visiting this place.
It seemed like my scheduled order had been prepared an hour earlier and just left to sit. However, the staff at the counter were very friendly. I'm not sure I'll rely on timed orders again. That said, the food was tasty after I reheated it in the air fryer.
The 4/20 wings are absolutely amazing! They should definitely be added to the menu! I placed my order over the phone, and the customer service representative was incredibly professional, quick, and helpful. When I arrived, my order was ready, and everyone was friendly and professional. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
