Wingstop - Columbus

This location WILL NOT answer their phone. I placed an order and over an hour later Doordash posts that they delivered the order. They DID NOT. I tried calling the location repeatedly and no answer. Wingstop customer service says all they can do is report it and request a refund from the franchise owner. Ridiculous!

This is the second time I place an order with this place. I honestly don't know why I even gave them another chance. They messed up my first order and they messed up this order too. They won't even answer the phone to answer why they sent this delivery incorrectly or to allow me to get my order done correctly. Terrible customer service.

Gave us everything but our $5.00 lemonade we ordered, then tried to call and let someone know called four times and got no answer it's 10:09pm September 20th,

This is a different, slightly farther wingstop. This location is the Morse Rd restaurant. The Steltzer location should STILL be avoided if you want be sure to get what you order.The Morse rd is totally different. Night and day different. I ordered my food when I arrived. 8 mins it was done. The fries are actually steak fries. The other store Steltzer rd) had shoestring fries. Associates was on clockwork, meaning they worked together to get your order ready, including checking to see everything ordered was there. It was. I will visit THIS location a lot more even though it's farther from my home. You should too!

Please change management and staff. Do not waste your time going to the one on Morse/Karl Rd area.
