The food was served hot, but the service was a bit slow. The cashier taking payments was vaping while working and mentioned that they were understaffed. She added that she couldn't get fired because there wasn't anyone else available to work.
We visited the Wendy’s drive-thru on W Broad St for dinner tonight, and everything was perfect! I know some may think that’s expected, but given the current challenges in hiring, it’s not always easy to find good service. I want to extend my gratitude to the staff working tonight for taking pride in their work and providing my family with a wonderful meal. Thank you!
The breakfast menu is on a whole different level. I remember the original breakfast offerings, and this new one is much better, yet still holds true to the best of Wendy's. My favorite breakfast sandwich has to be the Maple Bacon Chicken. The Breakfast Baconator is also a solid choice; I love it on a maple biscuit—it's so good that I crave one right now! I really wish they served breakfast all day; I’m sure it would be a hit. I can’t forget about the Frosty; the classic is unbeatable, but the vanilla is a great option when I'm in the mood for something different. You can even enjoy a Frosty for breakfast! A Frosty and coffee—who comes up with such great combos? Oh right, Wendy's does. I’m excited to see what new items they'll introduce later this year; I know they'll be fantastic!
4 times now in one month , two days in a row they have told me their systems are down and they can’t take my order… I wouldn’t even go to this one if the other locations weren’t so far away from my home
I came here twice in the last few weeks to get a $7 meal with a Frosty. And I'm pretty sure it was the same guy screwing up my order, last time he gave me the meal that was cheaper with no Frosty and I didn't want to argue with him that time. This time I asked about the $7 meal then quickly asked if your machine is working for the Frosty and he tells me vanilla only and I say okay that's fine he doesn't give me the $7 meal with a Frosty and a drink he rings me up for a meal with a Frosty and then looks like he up charges me for the drink. I may be dumb at times but none of this seemed correct at the time. And yea I told him to succ a d and all that. I don't understand why I get to feel like I'm wrong and retarded. Smh maybe I just won't come back, not gonna hurt u as much as it'll hurt me but oh well. F yall
