Wendy is the best, especially if you have poodles, the most difficult breed to groom. She can expertly groom all breeds, though. I 've been her client for 10 ye... read more Wendy is the best, especially if you have poodles, the most difficult breed to groom. She can expertly groom all breeds, though. I 've been her client for 10 years. She is one of the top poodle breeders in the country (standard, miniature, and toy), and shows her beautiful dogs nearly every weekend. She also previously bred and showed champions of the Lhasa Apso breed. She helped me grow my 1st dog 's coat into a full show clip, and later offered me the opportunity to co-own a show quality puppy who became a grand champion. I wouldn 't take my two boys to anyone else. Whether she is grooming them in a simple pet/kennel clip, or they are in full show clips, she always makes them look beautiful. The best thing about Wendy is how much she cares about the comfort, health, and happiness of the dog. If you are a vain owner who doesn 't brush, she will not cruelly subject your dog to a full day of painful de-matting. She will always put your dog 's welfare first. That 's not to say she won 't try to save as much hair as she can. There have been times when I 've been a less than perfect owner and have said, 'It 's ok if you can 't save his fluffy ears. ' And then she has surprised me with, 'They weren 't as bad as you thought. I didn 't have to clip them. ' You really can 't go wrong with Wendy 's.
