They all have great personalities and produce good moods. My order is always correct and I'm not sitting in the drive thru for half an hour waiting. It's always quick and convenient for me at this location!

They should not put it under our food or on top of it, or any other paper( Wendy's advertisement, hand it to us) The potatoes were lacking, could of been better.. the bathrooms need toilet paper..

I placed a mobile order because I only had 30 minutes for lunch, but I still had to wait in the drive-thru line to pick up my food. This was very inconvenient and didn't make sense since the purpose of a mobile order is to avoid waiting.

The fries however were n... read more Ordered through the app. Chose some frostys instead of drinks but the frosty machine was down which wasnt a big deal since it was 11pm. The fries however were nasty. They were not crispy and hot like all the billboards advertise. Upgraded to a large fry and when I pull it out of the bag the fries barely cover the front portion of the fry holder. Which now that I think about it was a good thing bc I threw them all out anyway so less product to waste. The sandwiches were good and well prepared and the staff was friendly and helpful. Swapped out the small frostys for some medium drinks instead which was nice of them. Just disappointed when I went there vs McDonald's because I was really craving some Wendy's fries and kept seeing the ads for hot fresh fries and that's not what I received. Been to other Wendy's at around the same time and havent had any issues.
