The food here is quite good, which is why I keep coming back. However, I’m often reminded why I usually avoid this restaurant when there are so many other great options in Columbus. They frequently run out of one of their main menu items or claim that their machine is “down” for making Frostys — basically, they turned it off two hours before closing to avoid cleaning it at the end of the night, which happened tonight.
The gentleman at the counter during my last two lunch visits has been incredibly friendly and awesome. The food is typical of Wendy's quality. The restaurant is also very clean.
I've visited this location about 5 or 6 times and have never really had any issues. However, during my most recent visit, I ordered a Baconator. It wasn't too busy, yet I ended up waiting for about 20 minutes alongside a lady who had ordered before me. Eventually, I was informed that they had forgotten the sausage and that it would just be a moment. They also mentioned that my next meal would be free. After leaving, I realized I hadn't received a coupon or anything to redeem my free meal. I hope they remember me! Lol. Despite that experience, the atmosphere was great. The place was clean, and the staff appeared attentive, cheerful, and professional. Mistakes happen, so I didn’t let it ruin my experience. Overall, it’s a good establishment.
A place to mobile order and when we went through the drive-thru to pick it up the automated system told us that it was closed so we went to the drive-thru window and when somebody finally noticed we were there we told them we placed a mobile order. the lady who helped us kept rolling her eyes at me they had shut down their ice cream machine... I had ordered a frosty when she asked if i wanted something else I asked her what kind of lemonade they had she rolled her eyes again didnt answer me until i asked her 2 more times. Food was great. I could just definitely tell they were trying to close early or something even though it was loke 45 min until their posted closing time.
