Our group did not receive our meals all at once and we had to remind the staff three times about one missing meal.

The issue we had was that even though we had made a reservation through Open Table for 5:30, we were not seated until after 6:00. There was a long line at the hostess desk, with everyone in front of us also having reservations. We only got seated around 6:10 because the groups in front of us gave up and left. I understand that things can happen and employees may call off, but I was disappointed with the lack of communication from the hostess. She never acknowledged the long wait, apologized, or offered a complimentary drink while we waited. There was no recognition that we had been waiting for 40 minutes with a reservation. However, once we were finally seated, our waitress was excellent and the burger and fries were delicious. I may give this restaurant another chance, but if there is another long wait, I will not return. There are too many other dining options in the area to choose from.

The poor person working behind the bar was overw... read more They really should be transparent on Open Table that this is a hotel bar. It is not a free standing restaurant. The poor person working behind the bar was overwhelmed with really just a few customers, but just enough where someone helping him would be have been good. There were three other associates working behind the check in desk who did not have a clue in the world what was happening at the bar. Don't bother with this place unless you are desperate.
