I am a fan of Tim Hortons, so I decided to give this location a few chances since it is close to my workplace. However, every time I visit, something is either messed up or missing. The employees seem disinterested and do not want to be there. If they don't care, why should I?

We ordered two small coffees and experienced very rude customer service. It was difficult to place our order when we went to collect it. The coffees we received were watery and not enjoyable to drink. We urge the company/Franchi Lake to investigate this issue further. The employees appeared to dislike their jobs, which reflected in their treatment of customers. We hope this feedback will be taken into consideration and addressed in a more appropriate manner.
This place should be closed. 3rd time in this week I'm gone and they're out of everything at 10 o'clock. no sign or something you have to hold.
