The staff can be friendly and dine-in is lively, but takeout is hit-or-miss: seasoning and prep vary, fries can be soggy, and waits grow long at peak times. Crucially, payment is limited to Ohio State student IDs. With improved seasoning and faster, better-trained service it could become truly excellent.
