My food was prepared and waiting for me when I arrived. Although I haven't eaten my lunch yet, the food looks delicious!

I've came to this Panera two days in a row now and have stood around for about 10 minutes just to place an order. I'm not using the kiosk, I don't see a place for it to print a receipt and I need one. Regardless, the one woman working there was running around doing everything and there were 9 people waiting in the lobby. Some needed human support. You're losing business because of this! People are willing to wait a bit for good food but their time is also valuable! I went to McDonald's instead and made it to class on time.
