People need to be courteous to those in the customer service business is noteasy. She made my evening from a tough day at work.

For beginners, it's more miss than hit when it comes to getting your order right if you are doing delivery or takeout. Sometimes youget really lucky and your order is great, but for most part with our experience, it is the opposite. Just tonight, my burgerwas not cooked to order and was as dry as could be, was missing toppings and the toppings that were there looked old, the cheeselooked like a piece of wax paper, and the tater tots were cold and hard. My sister's fried chicken salad didn't come with anychicken, so we basically paid for a more expensive house salad and for the second time in a row I paid for a slice of cheesecakeand did not get it. All of this lovely bundle costing over $65.00 with a generous tip. Such great value for our money. In atime when everything is more expensive, you want to at least get the best value for your money and that's what I usually getfrom O'Charley's, but not from this particular location. If I wanted subpar food, we have plenty of fast food choices in thearea for cheaper the price.

This young man is awesome for being such a young man that he is I have noticed time and time again he sees something that needs done and he is on it without being asked. As a host he does a great job sowelcoming! always Smiles. Rolls the silverware, and when the tables are empty he on them cleaning them! Wow! Dishes placed onthe bar he just picks them up and off to the kitchen. Something I have NOT seen from other workers his age anywhere. He's akeeper for sure. Karen
