We tried the taquitos, the La Brasa roll, and the pollo a la brasa with yuca fries, and everything was absolutely delicious! The taquitos were savory and when dipped in the guacamole, they became even more amazing. The chicken in the La Brasa roll was perfectly seasoned, but I wish it had come with more than just two—I could have easily eaten six! The pollo a la brasa was mind-blowingly good! It was a whole half chicken, beautifully roasted and incredibly tender. The flavor was so rich that I didn’t even need the sauces, which were also fantastic. The yuca fries were a great side; they were thick and had a super crispy exterior while staying soft inside. I would definitely recommend this food truck if it’s in your area—you won’t be disappointed!
We enjoyed the food at Parsons North Brewing Company. The vegetarian Lomo with portabella mushrooms was absolutely fantastic, and the Yuca fries were incredible. The quality of the food provided great value for the price. It truly ranks among the best vegetarian dishes we've ever tasted.
Delicious! We tried bothe the Lomo and Vegetarian Saltado and the Yuca fries. Beef was tender. Seasonings were amazing. Fries were excellent.
Absolutely delicious! I was just outside Hop Yard 62 in the GC tonight, and I can't wait for them to come back again soon! I'll definitely be keeping an eye on the calendar!
We tried the taqueños, the La Brasa roll, and the pollo a la brasa with yuca fries, and everything was absolutely delicious! The taqueños were wonderfully savory, and dipping them in the guacamole took them to another level. The chicken in the La Brasa roll was perfectly seasoned, though I was a bit disappointed it only came with two; I could have easily eaten six! The pollo a la brasa was truly incredible—half a chicken that was beautifully roasted and incredibly tender. The flavor was so rich that I didn’t even feel the need for the sauces (which were fantastic, by the way). The yuca fries were also impressive: thick, super crispy on the outside, yet soft inside. I would definitely recommend trying this food truck if it’s in your area—you won’t be disappointed!
