I don't often write Google reviews, but I had to share my experience with the exceptional service we received from Tim, the manager at Lumen. He checked on our table multiple times and ensured everything was perfect. Service like Tim's is rare these days! I give it a 12/10!
I recently visited Lumin Bar, and I have to say, the bartending experience was quite disappointing. When I asked for a napkin and a drink, I received a casual response that lacked any enthusiasm. It took everything in me not to respond with something snarky. I understand that everyone has off days, but there's no excuse for providing lackluster service and expecting a good tip. It's important to leave that attitude at the door, especially when there are only five people in the bar.
We waited 30 minutes, and our server never returned after bringing us water, so we ended up leaving. The atmosphere was lovely, but I can’t comment on the food since we never received it.

My wife and I recently visited Lumin and had an incredible time. The food was absolutely amazing. Some of the best I've had in quite a while. My wife had a few mixed drinks/cocktails that she loved. I stuck with the old fashioned all night. I'm typically a scotch neat kind of fella, but this old fashioned was the best I think I've had. The view of the city lights while you eat, drink, and socialize, coupled with the classy yet laid back ambiance made this a wonderful experience for my wife and I. 100% will be back.
