I ordered a 5-piec... read more My entire order was wrong. I only ordered three items, and all three were incorrect. I couldn’t return them because I wasn’t given a receipt. I ordered a 5-piece tender meal but received only 4 pieces and no sauce. I asked for mac and cheese instead of fries, but they gave me fries. I also ordered a bowl without gravy, but they poured gravy all over it.

Even if the service had been better, the f... read more This was one of the worst KFC experiences I've ever had. The customer service was poor and the staff were quite rude. Even if the service had been better, the food was disappointing—the chicken was soggy, smelled off, and seemed like it had been sitting for days. Needless to say, I won’t be returning and would strongly advise others to avoid this location.

I ordered an 8-piece bucket and only... read more This KFC is by far the worst I’ve ever visited. Despite asking for condiments like butter and honey, I never received them. I ordered an 8-piece bucket and only got two small KFC dipping cups for free, but had to pay extra for more. The staff were rude and appeared disorganized. Several items from the menu, including cookies, cakes, and beans, were unavailable. I spent $30, and honestly, the only thing they seem good at is taking your money. I will never return.

The staff at the drive-thru window and speaker were very friendly and polite, which I really appreciate when it comes to fast food. While the chicken tenders were a bit tough, they were still tasty. I also appreciated the extra condiments, like honey and BBQ sauce, which were provided without me even having to ask.
