The inside of the store smells like sewage. Hopefully the sewage backup will be fixed.
This is undoubtedly the worst KFC I've ever encountered. As a restaurant manager myself, I understand that mistakes happen, but I've given this location multiple chances, and it has only continued to disappoint. My most recent order was just unacceptable. We spent $70 on a meal for three, and the biscuits were rock-hard—so much so that they turned to dust when thrown away. The chicken was so overcooked it was practically rubbery, making it impossible to tear apart by hand. We even struggled to cut it with a knife. The only redeeming aspect of the meal was the lemonade. KFC needs to seriously reconsider its staff and food quality at this location or consider closing it down. I doubt cleanliness is a priority here, which could lead to serious health issues. KFC used to be our family’s weekend tradition, but that’s no longer the case. This was an absolutely disgusting and disappointing experience.
