They were aware of the issue but did not offer any towels for drying hands, so I had to resort to shaking them and letting them air dry.

She became quite snappy and said, "As soon as the register prints it out, honey." Her tone was anything but sweet, and it was clear that they were either understaffed or not well-trained. This KFC location, at the corner of Olentangy and Bethel Road, definitely left me expecting better service without the attitude.

We don't go here often but everytime there is something wrong. I ordered a 12 piece bucket they only gave me 1 breast. I was suppose to receive 3 they never informed me that they where out of breast and they didn't even give us to try and makeup for not having what we ordered. I would have asked for a refund if I knew. They also never gave us butter or honey. No napkins the pop was disgusting tasted like they haven't cleaned there lines or adjusted the mixture. We are not going to waste are time or money ever again.
