I visited this KFC last night and ordered a $20 meal, which I knew was for dark meat, but I agreed to pay the regular price of $26. They said they needed to check if white meat was available and confirmed they had it. I paid an extra $6 expecting 2 wings, 1 leg, and the rest thighs—but no breast, which is the only piece I eat. They should have told me they didn’t have breasts; I could have switched back to the original meal or even gotten a refund. On top of that, the crispy chicken I ordered wasn’t crispy and was way too dark. Lesson learned—I won’t be coming back here. If you do, make sure to check your order before you leave. Good luck!

I waited in line for 10 minutes to reach the ordering kiosk, only to be told they were changing shifts and couldn't take orders for the next 25 to 35 minutes. Seriously? I will never go back. What kind of restaurant does that at 5:30 PM on a Friday night during the 4th of July weekend? Their loss, not mine.

We were disappointed that we couldn’t place our order in advance, despite trying to do so online to include extra sides. We had hoped to support a family in need with a large order, but unfortunately, it wasn’t possible. The customer service was disappointing, though the food was good.

I placed my order and waited a long time at the payment window, only to wait again for my food. Eventually, a girl came to hand me my order, but as she did, the bag tore and my food fell to the ground. She laughed and said at least the bowls didn't spill, then closed the window and walked away. I had to get out of my car to pick my food up off the ground myself. This experience was unacceptable! The employee should be addressed for this issue. I will never return to this place and cannot recommend it to anyone!

I had a lengthy wait at the drive-thru for my food. I was asked to park, and my order was brought out to me. Unfortunately, I received the wrong order and wasn't given a receipt. I had to go inside to resolve the issue, but the manager was friendly and handled everything smoothly.
