I had to get my own food from the floor. painful! girls should be fired! never again we will eat there and not recommend!

A well-trained customer service representative would have welcomed customers and politely informed them that they were running behind but would be happy to have... read more A well-trained customer service representative would have welcomed customers and politely informed them that they were running behind but would be happy to have them wait. Instead, I asked for Prawan's employee ID number, and she replied that she didn't know it and there wasn't a manager available. Overall, this KFC has very poor customer service. I ended up leaving and going to Popeyes next door, where I experienced much better service and was able to place my order without issues. I won’t be returning to this KFC again.

Eventually, a girl came to hand me my order, but as she did, the bag tore and my food fell to the ground. She laughed and said at least the bowls didn't spill, then closed the window and walked away. I had to get out of my car to pick my food up off the ground myself. This experience was unacceptable! The employee should be addressed for this issue. I will never return to this place and cannot recommend it to anyone!

Unfortunately, I received the wrong order and wasn't given a receipt. I had to go inside to resolve the issue, but the manager was friendly and handled everything smoothly.
