Fact that we can't place a order ahead even tried online to add extra sides. We wanted to place a order for a family in need and we couldn't place a large order ahead of timePoor customer service but good food View all feedback.

Visited this location last night and ordered a $20 meal figured out it was for dark meat and said I would pay the normal price which is $26. They had to check if they had white and said they did..... I paid 6 extra dollars to get 2 wings 1 leg and therest thighs. No breast which is the only piece I eat. They could have told me they didn't have it I would have changed tooriginal or even left with my money. Not only that but the crispy chicken I asked for wasn't crispy and wayyy to dark. You liveand learn, I will not be going back here and if you chose to please check your food before leaving and good luck.
Waited in line for 10 minutes just to get to the order kiosk and was told it was shift change and they can?t take orders for 25 to 35 minutes! What on earth! I will NEVER go there again. What a joke. What restaurant does that at 5:30 in the evening on aFriday night 4th of July weekend? Oh well their loss not mine.
Horrible! I paid for food that I didn't even get, not even one utensil or napkin. To top it off, thay don't even answer their phone. Just horrible and sloppy
Terrible service. extremely rude and weakened employees. waited only 40 minutes after being told that there was a 25 minute waiting for 2 pieces of whan. why a restaurant called kentucky roast chicken has never chicken is a secret to me.
Made. waited in the window forever, then wait for dinner again. the girl finally comes to me the hands, and the bagged, torn eating met the floor. they laughed that at least the bowls did not come up that they closed the window. I had to get my own food from the floor. painful! girls should be fired! never again we will eat there and not recommend!
