I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. While the mashed potatoes and gravy were decent, I was surprised to find that they only offered chicken breasts and thighs on one Tuesday. To make matters worse, they refused to provide me with a drink that was supposed to come with my meal. I wouldn’t recommend this place. The customer service was terrible. Save your money and head to Zaxby’s instead!
Extremely dirty and grimey,the food is not edible and it stinks so bad that it would gag a maggot, do not set foot in this place unless you are current on all shots and you are looking to waste your money.

Old food, barely any fries in the box for the combo, tiny chicken tenders seemingly cooked an hour or so earlier. Got the wrong sauce, virtually no one wearing masks, the one that was had nose all the way out of the top. Second bad visit in a row, notgiving them anymore chances. I'm done with them.
We had to go to KFC (alabama st Columbus) because the best chicken at food giant wasn't open. As normal KFC was the same. We didn't get everything. The 2 stars was for the food. The service would be 0. Hey white people need jobs. They also. Can be slowrude.
