all roads lead here. here they find all kinds of people. two wedding parties, ohio state fans, blue jacket fans, crew fans and all others. great place with good reasonable drinks and a high quality long island. would recommend. for entertainment, besides playing pool and darts, it's fun to play the hunted piano in the cellar to be afraid in the listeners of unsuspecting bad users. great place. We left a credit Card by accident after only having one beer. In the morning we were charged 75 bucks on the card, and when asked about it the bartender told us that 12 drinks were rung on the tab, and refused to give us a managers Name or phone number to help get this settled. Then told us this happens ,All the time it 's how bars work . Do NOT recommend going here, shady business practices. View all feedback.
This is THE place to drink in downtown Columbus. We visit everytime we go. Me and the Mrs get completely sh!t faced and are hard pressed to spend more than $20-$25. The whiskey is poured to near the rim of the glass and the mixed drinks are not shy on spirits. This one is an A+ for a night out drinking and bullsh!ting with folk.
Stick to the inside where the atmosphere is cool. Patio has a dumpster really close so it smells.
Love Char Bar. My buddies and I go once a month for a Long Island night. Can hang with the ghosts in the basement.
Great place for drinks while at the convention center. Pool table and darts. Plenty of seating.
Amazing, fun times at the Char Bar. Even got to meet the owners who were fantastic people. Seriously such a fun bar!
