There were no cars in the parking and 3 guys working who were just goofing off and... read more I just left this bojangles. I ordered two combos and waited about 15 minutes. There were no cars in the parking and 3 guys working who were just goofing off and talking. I realized when I drove off they only handled me one combo box in the bag, so Idrove back around to get my second combo. After pulling out, I also realized that we were missing our two sides, biscuits, anddipping sauces. I was too tired and annoyed to go back. Don?t waste your time here

But, the employees at all the Columbus GA locations are awful, it's like they want to get paid for showing up and doing nothing!!! The lobby's are always closed! The employees make you wait so they canconversate with each other and the friends they have hanging around! I don't understand how the owners of these locations canallow there businesses to be ran into the ground.

There were burly any fries in the holder and looked old.. yall have to do betterat this location, and if customer service isn't your priority you should not be in the business. Raise the standards forhiring..

Reverse discrimination .Went by Saturday morning for a couple biscuits. I was the only customer at all. Went to drive thru, had to wait and wait and wait to be helped. Then got attitude from order taker. Got my order wrong and they allstared at me thru window like a was a science experiment. Very rude and unprofessional staff. Shoved food at me and turnedaround. I'll stick with the bojangles I like best on Schomburg rd. 1st and last visit to airport location.
