The customer service here was outstanding! I was greeted when I walked through the front doors. All of the staff was extremely friendly. The food was hot and delicious. The fries were seasoned very well. They had some Halloween decorations throughout the place. It was also really clean. I will be coming back to this location. View all feedback.
What Lisa Gonzales doesn't like about Bojangles:
My family loves the taste of Bojangles food. But, the employees at all the Columbus GA locations are awful, it's like they want to get paid for showing up and doing nothing!!! The lobby's are always closed! The employees make you wait so they can conversate with each other and the friends they have hanging around! I and my mother went through the drive thru and everything was in order until this young woman went to take my money and I was not at all far from the window. so that I came out as far as I could through my window to give this lady my money and she didn't even try to reach the money as her poor was broken or something. She never put her hand out of the window, so she tells them how far I had to reach myself because she didn't even want to catch it. once again I was not far from the window, but I asked her if she could try to make at least some effort and at least reach for the money, and she said no all rude as I was so far from the window or something. I worked in almost food for 15 years, I know when a person is rude and not even want to work and be at the place of work. So if they don't want to work, they don't work because they need to learn some customer service also my sum was like $4.51 and we gave them $20.51 and my change should have been $16. they gave us $15 and some changes. not that it was a big thing but if someone ever goes, they need to make sure they get the right change back. someone has to pay more attention with their money.
New to the state. 3 weeks. So, first time customer. Chicken was dry. Not enjoyable and I just tossed it in the trash and went someplace else. Not a good showing.
I love this place always eat quality, but service was a bit slow.
I've been here for years and they've always been the place to get good bun. but with the pandemic goes on and so, her din in option is not always up. I understand that, but if they are closed dining room, they should have a big sign that shows that. they have checked the dining room on google maps and the doors are locked. To be honest, they have to make up their minds.
This place has the worst customer service of all time! everyone is extremely rude. will definitely become another place from now on.
