Balboa was a nice new find and addition to Grandview. The service was terrific and we both loved the food. BTW, best margaritas I have ever had but be sure to get them on the rocks. A+ View all feedback.

I had tried to go to Balboa shortly after it opened with a group of friends, but it was slammed and the wait was long. Since then I'd been hesitant to go, because I value convenience. Lovely outdoor atmosphere: despite it being a hot summer day, the bright teal huge umbrellas offered quite a bit of shade, and the temperature was bearable.
Solid California / Mexican inspired fare at Balboa.
Hands down my favorite Mexican place in ColumbusTheir tacos and to die for and the chips with queso or guac (or both)!) are addicting.
The service at this restaurant was subpar. We waited 30 minutes for a waiter to come take our drink orders.
The drinks were fantastic and the tacos were delectable.
