The food was delicious with generous portion sizes. The atmosphere was pleasant. The waitress was decent, though could have been more attentive with drink refills. The food was just okay. I did order a specialty drink special drink for five bucks. The fact it tasted like water downed kook aid even though it was supposed to have alcohol in it. There was none. The place smells musty like dirty carpet when you walk in and the lack of customers makes me wish I just drove on by View all feedback.

I want to begin by praising the outstanding customer service I received at this restaurant. My server, Cindy, was incredibly friendly and courteous, consistently checking in on my table to ensure everything was to my satisfaction.
The waitress had the straws in her back pocket, but both of them were broken. She never returned to check if everything was okay. She seemed indifferent and unresponsive.
After seeing an advertisement on Facebook for tonight's special, I decided to stop by this restaurant. I waited at the front for 5 minutes until someone approached me. I let them know that I would like to sit at the bar and asked for a menu.
Emma was in training as a server, a brand new server. However, she has provided the absolute BEST customer service I've ever had at Applebees. My friends and I laugh all the time because of them two, but take Emma out of the training and give her the increase she deserves! Catherine is also great, but I would like to shout out Emma. Not only the personality she has, she also embodies everything that can be customer service. Please give Emma the highest praise, or I will hire her and take a great employee of Applebees.
