I've never visited this Subway before, but I had a craving for it, so I've been there for two days in a row. The two employees who assisted me (I wish I could remember one of their names) were incredibly friendly and engaged in delightful conversation without sacrificing the speed or quality of their work. They deserve high praise and are perfect examples of excellent customer service! View all feedback.
What Ellie Heilbronn doesn't like about Subway:
Sandwiches and customer service actually wasn't that bad but...pretty much everything else was though. The worker didn't know what was in the new sandwiches advertised, their toaster was out, there was a dying bug in my seat, the womens restroom was locked up, the mens restroom was disgusting, and all of their drinks were watered down to the point they were all just different shades of water. I have to give it a five-star rating because honestly, no subway is ever a bad experience!
Once again, they were out of something. No steak for the steak cheese! Who's responsible for ordering? How does the delivery miss the steak for such a popular menu item? Columbiana Subway, you need to get it together and improve your service, or you might soon find yourself out of business—especially with a score of 86!
Ive eaten at this subway several times. most times there is a new young teenager.worker. ive always gotten my sandwich as i wanted it....if subway wants me too keep coming back with my money....i want deals and coupons...like buy one get one free. BK rocks!
I highly recommend avoiding the Subway in Columbiana, as they're rarely open.
I ordered extra provolone and extra salami, I ordered through door dash and payed extra to get the minimum amount for portions, yall suck ass and need to stay off the pot and Crack, damn it's not that hard to toast something and get what I paid for Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
