Later, when I requested mushrooms to be added to my lunch, she made it clear that this was a huge inconvenience for her, complete with a dramatic eye roll. Moments later, as she walked by our table, she loudly complained about how her other customers were a pain and getting on her nerves, making the entire situation even more uncomfortable. When our food arrived, it was delicious and I had no issues with the kitchen staff. However, when we asked for extra ranch dressing, we received yet another scowl from Cherell, who let out a deep breath in annoyance. At no point did she check on us to see if we were happy with our meals or if we needed another beer, which my husband clearly did since his empty bottle was sitting right on the edge of the table. About ten minutes later, she walked past us again without any intention of stopping, so my husband had to raise his voice to ask for two boxes and the bill. This time, she gave him the same unpleasant look. I’ve been a patron of this establishment for 30 years, but after today's experience with such a rude employee, I will not be returning.
I visited this restaurant last night with a group of friends to celebrate all the Scorpio birthdays! It was very spacious. We ordered fried mushrooms and buffalo wings, and I can honestly say they were absolutely delicious! We laughed, watched football, enjoyed some drinks, and cheered on the birthday boy's undefeated Eagles (BOOOOOO!!!!). The waitress was efficient and friendly, and I can’t emphasize enough how good the wings and mushrooms were. I'll definitely be back—maybe even today—because those mushrooms were amazing!
We work nearby and often grab lunch from this restaurant. It's quite spacious with plenty of seating options. There's a dining area away from the bar if you prefer a quieter atmosphere. Each time we’ve visited, the service has been excellent—staff are helpful in seating us, taking our orders accurately, and the food arrives quickly. It seems like a fun spot for drinks and watching sports as well. I really enjoy the wings; I always request them crispy, and they get it right every time. I also love their lunch specials.
I just stopped in to buy a gift card for a friend. I however love the hot wings here. As I have said before they are not your usual hot wings. They're kind of a sweet and spicy black pepper wing. Not very spicy at all. They are however one of my favoritehot wings in the Midlands. They're absolutely wonderful when dipped in the house blue cheese dressing. I am laughing at myselfright now, because just posting this has me wanting to stop by for lunch tomorrow.
Was on vacation from Cle area, and found this local Browns Backers bar! It was great, was nice to be able to watch a game with a bunch of fellow dogs! Wings were great, staff very nice and the crowd of Browns fans was unexpected, but awesome. (We won 'tmention the 'actual ' game)
