I have low expectations of fast eating in these days, but this place is sooo bad. incredible, terrible service. I wouldn't use the toilet room here, never eat here again.
We were very excited to try the strawberry frosty but our bubble was busted. We paid for the frosty and received them NO SPOONS. I was told they didn’t have any spoons. I THEN TOLD them I didn’t want them and was told that they could not refund me. We are about to take a drive I said and this will not work for me. They did not care and manager said nobody else had a problem.BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Staff needs training
Restaurant posted as open online-submitted an online order but could not confirm pickup once at the restaurant. Drive through service on foot was not exactly welcoming but it was the only way to get order already charged to card
This particular Wendy's consistently has issues. There have probably only been 5 times that I've been to this one where my order was correct and I didn't need to wait to either have something remade or added that was missing. The only reason that they get 3 stars instead of one is that the food quality is good because it's Wendy's. But the service is hit or miss and the orders are almost never accurate.
The lobby was closed for some unposted reason. Staff blasting rap music inside. No straws provided and I walk back up to the window a second time as our vehicle is too tall to go though the drive-thru. Requested a plain burger in my mobile order, it was not plain; so back up to the window again. Very disappointing, and not my typical experience at Wendy's.
