This is the best Taco Bell I have ever visited, no competition. The staff was friendly and cheerful, the food was perfect and arrived quickly (and was delicious). The dining area and restroom were spacious, new, and clean, and they even had an order kiosk! The restaurant needs to improve its inventory management under the store manager's supervision. They frequently run out of essential items, causing inconvenience to customers. There's no telling where my hands have been all day, I need to wash my hands before I eat, and the employees need to wash their hands after using the restroom and yet there is no soap in the restroom for the second day in a row. If you buy your food here make plans where else you can eat it.
I asked 4 times to add jalapeños, they confirmed that they added them when I ordered, and my ticket indicated that I was charged for adding them. When I bit into my food, no jalapeños! It wouldn’t matter except that I paid extra for them and did not get them!
I ordered three beef chalupas without tomatoes, but unfortunately, they came with tomatoes and the chalupa shell was burnt to the point of being inedible. There was hardly any meat or cheese, but too much lettuce and just a tiny bit of sour cream. This is the second time my chalupas have been burnt, so I won't be ordering from here again. The quality of this place has really gone downhill quickly.
Everytime I pull-up there’s a long line and the whole staff is outside smoking either a blunt or a cigarette. Whole staff from GM down need to be fired and restaffed
The service and food were awful. I didn't want it, but my kids did. Paying $42 for subpar food is not acceptable. The kids didn't even eat it, so I'm returning it to Taco Bell. The tea I ordered wasn't even fully made and had sugar at the bottom of the cup. They contacted the wrong customer. I am trying to reach an area manager but they keep hanging up on me.
