Subway - Columbia

I love this subway. The staff are always so friendly and they have the convenient pick up window for when you are in a rush.

The food is always good fresh and the store is always clean.

The sandwich artist was very rude when I requested extra veggies on my sandwich. This is a common theme among the subways in Columbia. They want to make your sandwich how they want and don’t actually listen.

I went to the door it was locked I went to the drive thru also and the young lady just looked at me then I proceeded to drive back around a young man was walking in I asked was they close he said no I asked why I couldn’t get service then he said she was in there by herself and he was break and told me to drive back around I didn’t because I was the only car there and after the young lady treated me wrong by not giving me attention I left I don’t recommend this location at all worst consumer service ever

Everytime I come to this subway for a lunch break, theyre never open. Once they told me they open up at 10am....the next day I came at 10am still wasn't open. Seems like this business let's the employees decide when they want the store open. If they don't feel like working. They won't open the store yet. The drive through window was boarded up with a piece of wood..
