The people at this subway were excellent and I loved every bite of my sandwich. I even was able to get it toasted without the worker complaining. I got the tuna with provolone and i must say that the tuna and provolone being toasted was great. I would also recommend the turkey. View all feedback.
What Josh Young doesn't like about Subway:
I arrived one hour before closing...The front door was locked, inside lights were on and no signs of life...yet...I called the store, left a voicemail and stated that I was right outside...I then called my friend and was making a change of plans, when I saw a female employee walk up to the front door and turned most of the inside lights off...The Business Hours for Friday was 7AM to 8PM...It was 7:05PM when I reached... Tried to order the same sandwich I get at every subway double meat. Apparently tly every other subway is doing it wrong these people told me it was a 1.50 extra per meat for the double meat on the sandwich. Nope sorry that ain't how it's worked at every other subway I've been to. Had to cancel my order.
I am extremely disappointed with the treatment my daughter, a former employee of this Subway location, received. Recently, she picked up her paycheck only to find that it was significantly short. When she and my mother, Helen Jordan, visited the store to address the issue, the owner accused my daughter of stealing food and deducted money from her pay without any prior notice or evidence. My mother requested to see the video evidence supporting this serious accusation, but the owner refused and stated that he did not have to show anything. The way he spoke to my mother was disrespectful and dismissive, showing a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. This lack of transparency, fairness, and respect is unacceptable. Employees deserve to be treated with respect and provided with clear evidence if accused of any wrongdoing. Additionally, customers and their families should be spoken to politely and professionally, regardless of the situation. The unjust pay deduction and the owner's rude behavior have caused significant distress to my daughter and our family. This experience has shown a complete disregard for ethical and fair treatment of employees and customers. I urge the owner to reconsider his approach and ensure that such situations are handled with the transparency, fairness, and respect that every employee and customer deserves.
I got some pizza from this place and there was so much sauce we couldn't even eat it and I couldn't get a refund because we left town and I would waste more money driving back
I picked up an order 2/18/24 around 3:25 pm in Columbia and it was the best I’ve ever gotten from there!I don’t know who was working but you can tell they care and take pride in their work!Thanks for that!!!
