I would not recommend. Employees were not respectful at all. Waited about 20 minutes for my drink, along with a few other people and the employees did not even acknowledge that I was there. When I asked if they had received my mobile order, they responded with ?it?s coming?. I understand that everyone has a bad day, however no one was kind whatso ever. The floor was also a mess and nothing was clean. View all feedback.
I went through drive-thru and ordered my usual. The service was fast and great so I pulled off with my order. It wasn?t until I got onto the interstate and tasted my drink that I realized it was made incorrectly. I tried calling the location to speak to someone about my order being incorrectly made but no one answered the phone. I also tried going to the website for this location to see if there was an option to email management and there was not. I am very upset with my visit today .
The worst Starbucks ever. There was trash left all over the floor and they seemed to be out of everything. Wouldn?t recommend this place.
I genuinely hate leaving bad reviews, but this happens too often. Due to poor management, this Starbucks closes CONSTANTLY. Instead of not allowing me to make a mobile order, they allowed me to do so and then closed. One day they could be drive through only, the next completely closed. Everyone I know is frustrated with this location. Many of the workers there are nice people who are working hard but I can?t even step in for a coffee (I work nearby) without them taking my money and then subsequently closing! That?s ridiculous.
I made my purchase via the drive thru. It was quick with 4 cars I'm front of me. The staff member that handed my coffee was cool.
Great service, the best Starbucks I've been to recently!!! We'll run, highly recommend. As expected, good consistent coffee and food.
