They are usually pretty quick with the constant influx on students throughout the day. The store is usually clean and the recent renovations help keep it a modern environment as well. Not a lot of seating within the store but Memorial has plenty of room to sit down and enjoy your drink. I have never had a wrong order here and customer service is good as well. View all feedback.
What K Mz doesn't like about Starbucks:
They need to stop hiring d and careless undergrads as workers. They will have 7 employees just preparing drinks yet have a line out the door; 4-5 people waiting for drinks and still prepare them wrong. They clearly spend more time talking with their friends that walk in than learning their job. Walk the extra 2-3 blocks if you can and go to the one on 9th street. View all feedback.
