We had a va... read more We came for drinks and had a blast at the bar. Our bartender was smart and cared about his job which is a nice thing these days. Not everyone cares. We had a variety of drinks from the menu. They have a solid menu for drinks. They use a lot of Missouri spirits from Riegers in KC. Ice cubes have their logo. Small cool thing. Loved everything. Will go back. Food looked great too since they have open kitchen and I watched them cook.

I've been going to Flyover every year for my birthday (which I spend in Missouri I live in South Carolina), My daughter introduced me to Flyover and it was a hit. Our favorite meal is the Catfish then we top it off withthe Chicken Fried Cauliflower. This time we also had the Creole Shrimp and Crawfish,which was delicious. The best thing is youcan order lots of small dishes and share them among your table. The Catfish is amazing it taste so so good. The food is sofresh and the flavors just melt on your tongue. Not only is the food delicious the drinks just end the meal with perfection andits fun to see the bartenders make the drinks

The experience was wonderful. Service is great as soon as you walk in the door. Menu seems to change but the experience does not. You will get to know the people at the table next to you. The food and drinks were excellent as in thephotos with descriptions. The ma and cheese is FIRE! The Lebanese Meatballs Wood oven roasted spiced lamb and E3 ground beefmeatballs ?were a different taste for me? but very good.
