Smashburger - Columbia

I visited the Devine Street location in Columbia, SC on April 27, 2022, and was helped by Alexis, my cashier. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and helped me decide on a burger when I was unsure of what I wanted. I just had to mention my preferences, and she took care of the rest. The Oreo shake she prepared for me was made with care, and the food was beautifully presented when I dined in. Everything I needed was provided, making this visit one of my best experiences compared to previous ones. Jarred also assisted me, and it was clear that he and Alexis worked well together as a team. Additionally, I learned about the loyalty program and its perks.

I will definitely be back! The staff is extremely friendly, and the food is incredible! Ebony and Will created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. I can't wait to return!

The burgers were decent and packed with flavor. My husband ordered a burger while I opted for the chicken club. I was pleased to find gluten-free buns available! The tater tots were quite tasty as well. While it is a bit on the pricey side for what you receive, it's a good option if you're in the mood for a burger.

Burger was delicious with sweet potato fries. The cashier was super nice too.
