Shalimar Curry House - Columbia

My wife and I love this place, we went here on one of our first dates. It’s a little building, nothing fancy but great food. They even made my wife Vindaloo for her and it’s not even on the menu. Great value, great hospitality, definitely worth the visit.

I love love love this place. Every time we come to town, we make sure to stop by and grab some food. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

This was a horrible place. An elderly couple runs this restaurant with no maintenance in ages. And anyone would throw up if used the restroom. The quality of the food was very poor. We couldn't take a single bite from the paneer Masala. They served the frozen Naan. We also ordered beef curry and mango Lassi and they charged us 33$. I wonder how do they survive in this business....

Always a treat coming here!! GREAT for anyone who is vegetarian! Very hospitable servers and just good people all around! Local, family owned restaurant! Don’t find too many of them any more! Authentic food too btw! Yum!

I had great expectations regarding this restaurant, however, it seems that nobody cleans it. The worst part about my visit was when I asked for my plate (lamb with rice) when I was ready to dig into my food, I found a long and disgusting hair. Please think it over if you wanna visit this place.
