After spending 40 minutes at Pizza Hut without getting dinner for my kids, I left $54.00 poorer, essentially donating that amount to a restaurant with disorganized and poorly trained staff. I am extremely disappointed with this franchise in Columbia, IL, and I definitely will not be returning.

I don't know if it's an issue with the online ordering or this particular store. But what I do know is that we werenot too pleased with this. I had ordered these to feed an event, so we had to scramble last minute to order pizza from someoneelse.
