Probably my favorite Asian restaurant. I love their noodles, and everything I?ve tasted. The mango chicken was exquisite! The noodles are a tad bit dry. But still yummy. The spicy chicken had a 3/5 spicy scale but I didn?t really taste the spice ??????? still recommend this place, so yummy. The spring roll was a little cold and unnecessarily soggy in the middle, it might?ve been because it was door-dashed. View all feedback.
What Sasha ABITAN doesn't like about Pei Wei Asian Diner:
I came here once and will never return again. Why? The food is absolutely horrible. It doesn't taste pleasant in any way. I ordered the Pad Thai and when it was placed in front of me, this horrible smell arose. Like sewage and rotten vegetables. I'm not the only one who witnessed this disgusting smell. I looked over and a waiter had placed a dish in front of this girl. She took one look at the food and her eyes sudde... View all feedback.
Used to be my favorite place but after messing up my order several times by delivery, I decided its better to just eat there and communicate to the cashier directly of what I want. Instead i get overcooked tough to chew chicken , under cooked noodles that immediately stuck to my teeth and hardly any sauce to taste the chow mein. I let them know the noodles are undercooked and they did nothing. 20 mins go by and i approached the cashier and he said ok and gave me flavorless noodles right out the pot instead of sauceeding them in sauce and the veggies that come with it. Ive had it. Today i offically quit being their customer. I have been going here for years since i was in college back in 2007
I thought I 'd give this place a try even after reading the reviews, thinking maybe my experience will be different. Bad decision. I ordered and paid online for a curbside pickup even requesting it in 30 min rather than the 15 they said it would take as I had an errand to run beforehand. I arrived at the curbside pick up spot 2 min before the 3pm order. I texted as instructed and waited until 3:05 before going inside. My order was on the counter ready and waiting. A man asked me if I was there for pickup, I said I have been outside for 7 min waiting for curbside. He had no response. I just took my meal and left. The restaurant was empty and there were several pick up orders also waiting. My receipt clearly said curbside delivery and the 3pm time. The dish I ordered was just OK, a bit spicy but I can live with that although it wasn 't mentioned in the description, mostly rice and very little shrimp. Lots of carrot slices and a few snow peas, but they were stringy...with the stems still on. The sauce was more tangy than sweet and wasn 't enough for all the rice they served. There are so many restaurants literally within a mile or two many of them Asian. I doubt I will ever return. I ordered curbside so I wouldn 't have to go in, but ended up having to anyway. No I 'm Sorry or anything from the man that saw.
Food was good and worth eating here again. Three stars because the guy taking the order at the counter was rude. He definitely hates his job and him ignoring the two questions, same question asked twice, was about to make me go somewhere else.

This was my first time at the chain. I'd call it a fancy Panda Express, since the food tasted the same but was fresher. Not to say it was bad, just not really what I was expecting. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.
