I just love this place. I grew up eating at Mugs Up. I visit Columbia at least twice a year and I can’t stay away! I do think the recipe for the chili seems to have changed. It tastes a little tangier and has a more orange tint. I prefer the old recipe. View all feedback.

Went today to get lunch. I ordered my food, thought it was taking quite a while and then began to notice that people that came in after me were getting their orders. I walked up to the window and asked if they had forgotten my order, apparently they had. Been going here since I was a kid in 1972.Love the delicious Cheese Zip Burgers.Wish I had 3 now.
Mugs Up is more than just a local institution. Friendly prompt service. Menu is not overwhelming. Something for everyone.Wheelchair accessibility: It's curb service so it's great for accessibility.
The prices go up and the portions just got skimpier…. Been going since 10+ years. Probably will never go back unlesss it’s for root beer.
