I tried this place once before it was ok thought I would give it another shot was disappointed again....pasta salad was dry as bone and Cole Slav was not fresh, cabbage mix was turned in color...taste as just vinegar and some Cayenne pepper sandwich was moderate

I hate to give a restaurant a bad review because I understand how hard it is to be in business for myself. The idea here is to give the manager some tips for improvements so that the place can do better. You need a separate team to take commands so that ppl, who actually do not have to sit there for so long. You need a pleasant person at the order desk. They need to maintain their game on the quality of their food. $30 for a moderate salad and sandwich (no drinks) will not want to make us back.

I loved this place. As soon as Mother Lilian died and her main employee stopped, the thing went down. Same ingredients, but food is not delicious and people are rude.

Divided with the server in the cash register, we had to look at the menu board before ordering because we were not long enough. No comment, just wait for our order. No? It's been awhile but Lillians is my place. I love the TPLT on croissant with no sprouts, spicy mustard and double fruit with a lemon bar. They know my order. Lemonade is good just like I like it. Love the staff. Easy to order and get in and out. Typically they are busy. Order ahead for the easiest pick up. They close 2. I love the style.
