It’s situated next to a small mo... read more I stumbled upon this hidden gem after taking an unexpected detour off Route 32 south in Mansfield on my way to Willimantic, CT. It’s situated next to a small motel on Route 66, just south of the Route 6 interchange. I arrived before 9 AM, and the place filled up quickly with customers, and I can see why: 1. The waitstaff was very attentive 2. They happily customized orders 3. They used fresh, local ingredients 4. The coffee was excellent 5. The breakfast burrito was the best I've had outside the Rio Grande 6. The prices were quite reasonable. I'm writing this on my phone, so I’ll keep it brief—be sure to stop by for breakfast or lunch, and you might be as impressed as I was. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Although... read more I used to go to this restaurant for brunch with my ex-girlfriend. The food is really tasty, and the staff is welcoming. It has that classic diner vibe. Although the service can be a bit slow and the hours aren't the most convenient (I like diners that serve breakfast late), I don’t have any major complaints. If you're in the area and it's open, I highly recommend giving it a try.
