We stopped at this point about 3 weeks ago on the way to Ellisville, MS. We ran a little late for the appointment and had only time to walk in the toilets and order a lunch. We stopped at this point about 3 weeks ago on the way to Ellisville, MS. We ran a little late for the appointment and had only time to walk in the toilets and order a lunch. The service was a little slow, but our order was correct. My husband and I both ordered the famous star with cheese combo. The burgers were very good and no complaints there. The frits were also above average and this made a nice one on the going meal. It definitely beat a meal that would have come from McDonalds or Burger King, so that this is a great victory in my book. Prices are reasonable and within other burgers. The restaurant was clean and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to stop there again if in the area and want or need quick food.

Food was wonderful, hot and fresh. Customer service was also pretty good. Reminiscent of the old days when Hardees was a top runner of fast food in the south.
When you order for a family, they are often rude about as if I command too many things whether there are 4 or 5 people just doing your job!
