Discontent brewed over incorrect orders and rude interactions, particularly after long travels for a meal. Yet, moments of delight shine through as customers enjoy heartfelt service and nostalgic favorites like pot pie and coleslaw. As diners seek comfort in familiar tastes, KFC’s inconsistent service and quality leave many questioning their loyalty to the brand.
Despite being busy, the service was fast and the food was tasty.
This was our first time dining at this restaurant. John was our server, and he was such a kind gentleman. We tipped him for his exceptional service. We absolutely loved the pot pie and coleslaw, which we have been missing since we don't have a KFC nearby.
I used to be a fan of KFC, but my recent experience at this particular location was extremely disappointing. The food was greasy, there were no napkins or drink lids, and even the biscuits were subpar. I will not be returning to this restaurant again. I should have left as soon as I walked in the door.
Due to a family member pass away the manager went beyond his duty to serve us the chicken we needed. In our time of need. We was a walk-in and he was able to help us with the chicken that we needed. Other places we went to before going to KFC wouldn't helpus. We should have went to KFC first. KFC thank you for the service you gave us.
I give um a chance every month and get disappointed paid for a big box got home only has 2 pieces of chicken in it and the phone busy so you can't call to complain
