I had the best service today from the lady taking the order over the speaker, to the lady who greeted me at the window(I think was the same person). The receipt has S.Smith. This girl needs an attitude adjustment. No smile, no thank you,but I did get an eye roll. She frowned the entire time. Freddie's has gone downhill lately. It's too expensive not to have great food and service. Maybe better training. Something's gotta give. First time patron! Really nice and clean with an awesome patty melt and crispy fries. My husband had the double steak burger and fries. I wish I had ordered some of the creamy custard/ ice cream. Fries are terrible, the sandwichs are dry, ordered a rootbear float, and was told they don't have Cream or something so gave me a mug rootbeer that turned out to be only carbonated water.
